Our teams

Wassenaar Warriors is a youth rugby club for children and youth from 5 to 17 years old.

Youth rugby in the Netherlands uses age groups of 2 years. This means that a child plays in a team for two years, first as a first-year player, then as a second-year player. Once these two years are over, a player moves to the next squad.

• Guppen: under 6 years - year of birth: 2018 and onwards.
• Turvens: under 8 years - year of birth: 2016 / 2017.
• Benjis: under 10 years - year of birth: 2014 / 2015.
• Minis: under 12 years - year of birth: 2012 / 2013.
• Cubs: under 14 years - year of birth: 2010 / 2011.
• Juniors: under 16 years - year of birth: 2008 / 2009.
• Colts: under 18 years - year of birth: 2006 / 2007.
